Try our Strawberry No-Bake Chia Cake
Cool, creamy, natural sweetness – no refined sugar needed.

Ingredients:
For the Base:
- 1½ cups strawberries (fresh or thawed)
- ¼ cup Manuka Doctor Manuka Honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract 1½ tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
- 1 cup almond meal or crushed oats (for the base)
- 2 tsp melted coconut oil
Directions:
Preheat the Oven to 175°C/350°C and line an 8-10inch pan with baking paper.
Base:

Mix almond meal + coconut oil. Press into a small lined springform tin.
Chill for 10 min.
Filling:
- Blend strawberries, honey, vanilla. Stir in chia seeds + yogurt.
Pour over base after chilling.
Set:
- Refrigerate for 4+ hours or overnight.
Serve:
- Top with extra strawberries & a drizzle of Manuka honey.
