Recommendations for staying well in cold weather

We asked Dr Hilary what his top tips for beating winter bugs and this is what he shared

At this time of year, everybody flocks together inside for warmth, the windows closed and the winter bugs are circulating so everyone's coming down with coughs and colds and splutters. So lets look at ways as to how do we protect ourselves and loved ones.

Dr Hilary says we should “ boost our immunity with good healthy foods, with exercise, with good hygiene, and why not try something like New Zealand Manuka Honey, which contains antibacterial, antiviral and antioxidant components, which do help to boost your resistance and keep you healthy.”
